Well, here is the announcement you have all been waiting for. Sooke Fire Rescue Service will be hiring soon. Full details and job descriptions will be posted on the bulletin board on Monday but here it is in brief.
Position 1 Firefighter / Maintenance person - Start date - March 1, 2010
Position 2 Firefighter / Inspector (subject to council approval of the 2010 budget) Anticipated start date will be May 1, 2010.
